Preferred Shipping: Contact us before placing the order if you want your order to be sent from any other mode apart from the preferred shipping options listed on our website.

Working Days:  Our team works 24/7. However, the delivery happens only on working days.

Order Processing: Upon receipt of the payment, the order gets processed within 24-48 hours.

Delivery Time:  It may take 8-10 days for the delivery to happen. You can always track your order with the tracking details you get once the order is dispatched.

Address: Goods are always sent to the address mentioned in the order form. Do inform us in advance if you want delivery to happen at any different address.

Availability at the time of Delivery: You must ensure that someone is available at the location to receive the parcel. The shipment may not get delivered if there is no one available at the address.

Discreet Packaging: Customer privacy is our utmost priority. We do not disclose the content of the packet. Goods are securely and safely packed to avoid any damage.

Delayed Delivery: The parcel may get delivered late due to any unforeseen situation such as a pandemic, strike, the political situation in the country, etc. We are not responsible for such delays which are beyond our control.

Reshipment: Goods are replaced only in case of a parcel is not reached and lost in transition. You need to contact our customer care who will investigate the case and if required will replace the parcel.

Refund: Customer is eligible for a refund only if there is no delivery option available in that particular country.
